strong smoke smell super hot water

the smoke smell was seriously strong everywhere. the shower only gave out super hot water. i wanted to borrow an iron, but they didn't even have one to lend. the banging doors all night did not help me sleep.

The car park had sufficient space which was helpful. The staff were great. The room was clean and warm. Everything in the room worked well.

Staff members were polite and helpful. They were well trained, they addressed issues promptly and effectively. I was given single rooms instead of a twin room and staff resolved radiator issues quickly.

A Lovely Stay!

I found the staff helpful and well-trained (they really went the extra mile). The room I had was clean and tidy. I booked a Twin Room, but I was given a single room, perfect. The staff resolved the issue when my friend's room was too warm. They sorted it out promptly.

The bedroom carpet showed multiple stains.

The beds were comfortable! the staff always accommodated my schedule to service the room. I appreciated that so much. endless tea and coffee in the room were convenient, exactly what i needed. the location near the rail station was perfect for me!
